First thing is first, what everyone wants to see - pictures of puppies.
Okay, I went to California this month. Lovely, warm California. I saw my best friend of 12 years and it was like no time had passed which was awesome. We went to downtown Disney to shop and see 'Dumb and Dumber to'
We went to Jazz's work, where she works with children with special needs, and went with them to the OC zoo. There were bears, birds, big cats etc but we spent a lot of time with the goats (which were actually pretty freaky)
We drank a lot of beer and ate ridiculous American sized portions....
We took a lot of 'selfies'....
And went out in West Hollywood....
And got photobombed by a male stripper!
And had just enough time to relax in the hot tub and watch a few films.
It was so warm in California 27'C / 80'F and as we set off we flew across the hills and beaches
And landed in Minnesota, in the snow and -18"c / 0'F
Our neighbour, Troy, has a Chesapeake Bay Retriever (the same breed as my dog Buffy) as well as some visiting dogs, so Rachel and I went over there to see them, and Troy of course.
Pike showed off his tricks...
Despite the cold, Sayah, Zala and I went on a hike up by the Canadian border which was stunning -
But the terrain was a little tricky...
And of course, Rachel and I carried on the trend of relaxing with a beer in Minnesota too!
I finally got out my camera the other day (as opposed to the camera on my phone) because we are getting so much snow and it looks awesome on the dogs so....
But it's just as well because we now have puppies!! Two 9 week old pups from Alaska and our very own Rayna has had puppies 2 days ago! The photos are of them just a couple of hours old! Cuteness overload, its ridiculous!
